What is it?

Healing takes place when one person (a healer) connects to universal energy and channels this energy to another person. Often with spiritual healing, the healer may consciously or unconsciously be working with a number of spirit helpers (or healing guides) to channel the universal energy to the client. Once delivered, universal energy can help support a client to rebalance their mental, emotional, spiritual or physical bodies.

How does it work?

The human energy field or Aura (our non-physical body) is composed of different layers, the etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual layers. Sometimes when there is a blockage in one of these layers or their associated chakras, this can affect our overall health and well-being. By channelling universal healing energy through the heart and hands of the healer, energetic blocks can be cleared, leading to improvements in overall well-being. In addition, where appropriate, specific types of energy blockages can be cleared and removed from a client’s energy bodies through the close collaborative working between the healer and spirit helpers. What are the benefits?

Spiritual Healing can help release blocked energies and restore physical, mental and emotional balance. The healing energy always goes to wherever you need it most. Spiritual Healing can also help you take a step back from any worries and problems, and help you reframe them from a more relaxed state of mind.
